The high demand for tickets for the upcoming Bangladesh vs Singapore match on June 10 in the Asian Cup qualifiers has prompted a realization within the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF). Officials now believe they can plan the upcoming matches more effectively. Among those, the Bangladesh vs India match is receiving special attention from BFF.
Although initially planned to be held in Sylhet, the venue for the match has now been changed. That’s because the Bangladesh-India game is expected to be the most attractive and thrilling encounter of the group stage. Even though it’s a qualifier for the Asian Cup, any match between Bangladesh and India naturally brings added excitement among fans. This time, interest has grown further with the inclusion of Hamza Choudhury in the squad, and the expected arrival of Samit Somra is only adding to the football fever.
The BFF officials are already struggling to manage the ticket situation for the Bangladesh-Singapore match, and the demand for the Bangladesh-India match is expected to be even higher. To manage everything properly and ensure smooth organization, the BFF has decided to host the match in Dhaka. Golam Gaus, chairman of the BFF Competition Committee, confirmed that the Bangladesh vs India match will be held at the Dhaka National Stadium on November 18.
