Opener Imranuzzaman scored 30 runs off 42 balls, while captain Mohammad Naim managed only 11 runs. Aminul Islam contributed an unbeaten 23 runs off 24 balls, bringing Dhaka’s total to 107 runs.
Rangpur’s chase was not easy. Their batters found it hard to get going, scoring only 62 runs for four wickets in the first 12.1 overs. However, experienced players Tanvir Haider and Ariful Islam helped steady the innings with important contributions of 22 runs each, leading the team to victory.
Rabiul Haque, who took 3 wickets for 19 runs, was named Player of the Match for his strong performance with the ball.
